Afande Denno (Dennis Munyao)  a former Kenyan police officer and his popularity for his community-focused approach to policing and subsequent transition into entrepreneurship.

He served for eight years, notably at the Embakasi Villa police station, where he was celebrated for mentoring youth and discouraging crime. He became a social media personality, often sharing positive interactions with civilians on TikTok.In 2024 and 2025, Denno faced disciplinary action after being spotted at Gen Z-led protests while off duty. He was reportedly issued a dismissal letter by the National Police Service (NPS) for his open support of the movement and was briefly transferred to Garissa and Dadaab before resigning.
After leaving the force, he started a business selling boiled maize (mahindi boilo) in Imara Daima, Nairobi, a move that went viral and received significant public support and he has announced plans to run for the Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat in Imara Daima during the 2027 general elections.
